Your backyard is an investment in your home and the moments you’ll enjoy there. At L & R Pools Hardscape and Landscape LLC, we stand behind our contracted workmanship with clearly defined warranty coverage.
3-Year General Construction Workmanship Warranty
General contracted construction workmanship is covered for three years from pool startup or substantial completion, as applicable. Specific categories below have separate coverage periods.
2-Year Installation Workmanship Warranty
Coverage includes our installation workmanship on hardscape, tile, coping, water features, plumbing, electrical, mechanical systems and irrigation. Equipment and materials carry their applicable manufacturer warranties.
Artificial Turf Warranty
We provide a 2-year warranty on artificial turf installation workmanship, plus a separate extended manufacturer warranty on the turf material, subject to the selected product and manufacturer’s terms. Burns or melting caused by sunlight reflected from windows, glass doors or other glass surfaces are excluded from our warranty. Manufacturer coverage and exclusions are governed separately by the manufacturer’s written warranty.
Manufacturer Coverage
Pool equipment, materials and interior finishes carry their applicable manufacturer warranties. Coverage varies by the selected product and the manufacturer’s requirements.
30-Day Plant & Tree Warranty
Installed plants and trees receive 30 days of coverage when properly watered and cared for. Transplanted vegetation is excluded.

This is a summary of our limited warranty coverage. Coverage applies to the original customer and is non-transferable unless agreed otherwise in writing. Proper care and maintenance are required. Normal material characteristics, conditions within accepted workmanship tolerances, damage from outside causes and unauthorized alterations or repairs are subject to exclusions. Your signed agreement and applicable manufacturer warranties contain the complete terms, conditions and remedies.
